Individual Therapy
At times, the most challenging yet courageous choice is to put yourself first. Individual therapy provides a dedicated time and space that is exclusively for you. It serves as an opportunity to navigate through challenging emotions like disconnection, worry, guilt, anger, or grief. Simultaneously, it offers a pathway to enhance psychological flexibility, foster emotional awareness, and establish a genuine connection with your values. Typically, it encompasses a blend of these elements. The therapeutic journey is deeply personal, and the duration and frequency of sessions depend on your unique needs and objectives. Each session is tailored to span 50 minutes.
Couples Therapy
